Overview TIPS is a recognized and the leading national server training program. The mission is to educate and train all aspect of society in the sensible sale and consumption of alcohol. TIPS classes are taught by Dr. Cubit - a certified TIPS training specialist. Society’s awareness and concerns about the consequences of alcohol misuse has increased. Social awareness has generated greater demands for responsibility, particularly for those who serve alcohol to the public. The goal of TIPS training is to encourage responsible drinking behavior wherever alcohol is sold or consumed. Dr. Cubit is a certified TIPS trainer and is pleased to offer training at a reasonable cost to establishments that serve alcohol. Dr. Cubit feels that by teaching the TIPS program, he can bring insight to, and promote the responsible consumption of alcohol beverages. What individuals will learn:
TIPS Benefits During the past 20 years, TIPS has certified over 1.5 million people, which includes servers/students/ and alcohol sellers. Each individual that is certified receives a card which is valid for three years. Establishments that certify servers utilizing the TIPS program can protect themselves from liquor liability lawsuits. Using the skills learned in the program can help individuals prevent the problems associated with alcohol misuse.
